Selina Fatma Erdem joins us from the Danish Tax Agency, where she was responsible for handling complex payments and disbursements linked to the tax account, before advancing to the executive secretariat. In these positions, she gained both solid operational expertise and valuable insight into the strategic coordination that underpins executive decision-making.

Alongside her professional endeavours, Selina is pursuing a Master’s degree in Politics and Administration at Roskilde University, where she has specialised in how public-private partnerships influence the market position of leading IT companies.

She brings a strong capacity to understand and navigate public sector dynamics and how robust processes can drive efficiency, transparency, and impact in public administration.
